The Tender Process

We ask our clients to:

1. Give us a clear brief.
2. Tell us what you don’t want – many of our clients may not know exactly what they do want, after all defining that is part of our job if hired. Most clients do however, have some definite ideas of what they don’t want, perhaps arising from previous experiences with events.
3. Specify whom your audience/guest list will be and what you think they will like.
4. Tell us what you are really looking for from your event management company in other words; what will it take for us to win the business?
5. Give us a realistic idea of your budget for the event.
6. Give us the chance to pitch to you in person.
7. Send your details to us and we will call you to schedule a meeting.
