   We’ll design posters, web pages, write the copy, write and distribute internal and external PR, invitation design and distribution.
   
   
3. Manage your budget?
   All 4Phase Events management fees are agreed and fixed from the start. All event costs relating to the suppliers i.e venue, catering, entertainment, production etc..are negotiated by us. Every cost down to the last pound is itemised, accounted for and laid out for you to see in a budget template provided by 4Phase Events for your own use and peace of mind.
   
   
4. Project manage the whole event and everyone involved?
   You never have to chase us, think of the details or worry about loose ends. We advise on event insurance including cancellation if a consideration. We supply clients with detailed contracts against the budget so you know exactly what is being provided and for how much. We manage all suppliers and check their references, insurance and licences and we draw up individual contracts on an event by event basis with every supplier involved.
   
   
5. Have skilled expertise in–house?
   Our team come from a range of backgrounds including creative, project management, production, public relations and technical.
   
   
6. Organise fundraising for your preferred charity at no extra cost to you?
   Every time a group of people come together there is an opportunity to raise money for charity. It’s not essential and it’s up to our clients but at 4Phase Events we love to fundraise! Our preferred charity is UNICEF kids charity whom we’ve raised nearly £30,000.
   
   
7. Provide full event appraisal, analysis and case study?
   We believe in running an event, making it excellent, learning from it and making the next event even better.
